One of those rare occasions here where you actually see someone expression strong emotion in public, albeit for this individual, outrage probably occurs around 327 times a day.

A lighting failure occurred on the uptown A Line today, apparently only in the car I was located. The passengers unable to read or use their phones became calm and subdued, and the atmosphere took on a gorgeous, ethereal quality I’d never experienced before.
